What happens if I stop paying?
The group stops executing new trades for you — you can keep watching it, and any open positions still exit normally. Free groups are never affected.
Does BagBot ever hold my money?
No. Your funds stay in your own Alpaca, Polymarket, or Kalshi account. We never take deposits and we never touch withdrawals.
Are there fees on winning trades?
Where a success fee applies to a group, it is a stated percentage of realized profit — never charged on losing trades, never on paper trades — and it appears in Settings → Billing before anything is charged.
What about brokerage and exchange fees?
Those are the venue's own fees — Alpaca, Polymarket, or Kalshi charge them, not us. BagBot takes no cut of any trade.
Can I cancel?
Yes — self-serve, any time, from the Stripe billing portal. Your access runs to the end of the period you already paid for.
What about refunds?
Fees are non-refundable except where required by law — see the Terms of Service.
