Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and BagBot ("we") governing your use of bagbot.gg and the BagBot mobile app. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

1. Eligibility

You must be legally able to enter this agreement and to open and operate a brokerage account in your jurisdiction (18+ in the United States), and you must use the service only where it is lawful to do so.

2. The service

BagBot is a software tool that (a) delivers trade signals posted by independent groups and creators you choose to subscribe to, (b) prepares trade tickets from those signals, and (c) submits orders to your connected brokerage or exchange account according to your approvals or the standing instructions you configure. BagBot is not an investment adviser or broker-dealer and provides no investment advice — see our Disclosures, which are part of these terms.

3. Your trade authorization

Orders are placed on your account only (a) after you approve a specific proposed trade, or (b) under an automatic-execution standing instruction that you explicitly enabled for a specific group, within limits you set, after acknowledging its risks. You may pause, change, or revoke any authorization at any time; revocation applies to future orders, not orders already submitted. You are responsible for all activity your authorizations produce, including exits managed under the risk settings you chose.

4. Accounts and security

Keep your credentials confidential and your account information accurate. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

5. Fees and billing

Group subscriptions are billed at the price shown before you subscribe, on the stated interval, until cancelled. Where a success fee applies, it is a stated percentage of realized profit on trades executed through BagBot for that group — never charged on losing trades — and is billed periodically. Brokerage, exchange, and regulatory fees are charged by the relevant third party and are not ours. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Creator content

Groups and creators on BagBot are independent third parties. Their signals, posts, and track records are their own; we do not author, verify, or endorse them. Creators are responsible for their content and for their own legal and regulatory compliance.

7. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no unlawful activity, market manipulation, scraping, reverse engineering, interfering with the platform, misrepresenting performance, or connecting accounts or content you don't have the right to connect.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Trading involves substantial risk of loss; signals are informational only; past performance does not guarantee future results. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free, or that any trade will execute at any particular price — or at all.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BagBot will not be liable for trading losses, lost profits, or indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, and our aggregate liability will not exceed the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

10. Dispute resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from the service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California, unless applicable law requires a different forum.

11. Termination

You may stop using the service and disconnect your accounts at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or where required for legal or security reasons. Sections that by their nature should survive (including fees owed, disclaimers, and liability limits) survive termination.

12. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app and the "Last updated" date revised. Continued use after changes take effect is acceptance of the new terms.
